Upgrade JIRA 6.0 to 6.1 the firewall was shutting down automatically

When I upgrade JIRA 6.0 to 6.1 the firewall of Linux OpenSuse 12.3 was shutting down automatically without any warnings. So after the upgrade I couldn t access JIRA and I needed a lot of time to find the reason because there ist not info in the logs.

Somebody any idea?

Jira has nothing to do with firewalls, other than you need to allow access through the firewall to Jira

So, I've no idea what you've done with the firewall, or why you fiddled with it as part of an upgrade, there was no need to touch it.

The Jira upgrade logs don't contain anything because the firewall is nothing to do with Jira

In short, you need to tell us what you actually did, and why you fiddled with the firewall, which will probably answer your own question!
