What are the recommended upgrade paths when migrating from 6.4.2 to the JIRA cloud. I would like to know the upgrade path for confluence 5.7.2 to cloud. Are there minimum version that need to be achieved before migrating to the cloud.

In order to migrate you will need to upgrade your old versions of the application. The recommended version for Jira is 7.13.1 https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/supported-versions-for-jira-cloud-site-import/ and for Confluence is 6.13 but can be manually installed on 5.10. https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/update-or-install-the-confluence-cloud-migration-assistant/
