Upgrade Jira 6.4 to 7.0.11 I got an Error

Hi,
What could be the reson for this error?
I'm on my way fro 6.4 to 7.0.11 as recommanded.
Before upgrade all the add-ones updates fine and Jira work pretty good.
(Upgrade to 7 with atlassian-jira-software-7.0.11-x64.exe).
MySql 5.6...(same one).

There was a problem adding Upgrade Task Drops the entityproperty_identity index in entity_property table to the Upgrade History. This means the state of the system may be out of sync with the upgrade history, which could result in missed downgrade tasks for future exports.

Seems to be the case as this bug report here - JRASERVER-59868. Please verify if the XML backup has the status="pending" in UpgradeHistory table.

I am experiencing the same issue. Was this ever resolved?

The link provided does not a solution for someone who is upgrading to the latest version, as we cannot even access the dashboard or setup.
