Upgrade Jira Software DC version

Hello,

 I have some problem during the upgrade jira data center. I dockerized jira software with 2 container. I tried to upgrade on gui (applications - jira upgrades page) but this process never end. ( I applied put jira into upgrade mode, but this process never end). So, I cancelled this. 

 

Please could you give me information about jira software upgrade?
