Upgrade from 8.13.5 to latest version 9.5

Hi Community Team,

We would like to upgrade from my Jira application to latest version. My present jira application version is 8.13.5 and we would like to upgrade this to latest version i.e 9.5, my jira application is configured with Postgres 11.18. Can we upgrade my jira application to latest version directly or do we need to upgrade intermediate versions and then to latest. Please help me.
