today im gonna try upgrade JIRA software 6.4.4 to 7.0.0 tonight
what i should prepare it for this , our JIRA using add-ons

could pls someone help the better step regarding the migration ,
To start with, a test system. The jump from 6.4 to 7.0 is not a minor thing, and you should test it before looking at doing production.
Take a copy of the production system so you're testing like-for-like and then follow the instructions on https://confluence.atlassian.com/migration/jira-7 - there's a lot more to look at than just the add-ons.
