Upgrade latest version(7.x.x) on production instance

Hi Team,

we are currently using JIRA v6.3.3. we would like to upgrade from older version into latest version 7.x.x on production instance. I need some clarification on upgrade process. 

1) Is there any upgrade installer for 7.x.x?  ( please help us with upgrade link)

2) Do I need to follow any upgrade methods? (fall back,rapid,manual)

3) After upgrade, Can I use the same SQL Database (name) for our new production environment?
