Upgrade license

Hi,

We have purchasing a 10 users licensing.

We wish now buy an upgrade for 25 users.

I have 2 questions :

1) We are a public administration 

Could I buy a new licence Server with Academic Pricing ?

The upgrade system offers only a standard for 2'000 $.

2) We have purchase Add'ons with another account

With account alain.domine@jura.ch, I purchase some add'ons.

We are also obliged to update the additional components ?

This components are used only by 3 people...

1) Yes, if you are an academic organisation.  Government organisations are usually not eligible though, academic licences are specifically for educational use.

2) You should buy with the same account, it is far easier to handle, because you'll be using the same server ids and SEN.  I don't know what you mean by "additional components", but I can tell you that add-ons need to be licenced at the same level as the main system, not just for a few users.
