Hi Bob,

This is a bug in Jira Software that specifically effects the Internet Explorer browser when trying to view or comment on issues in an Agile board.  Please see the bug ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-16572 for more details.  I would recommend watching and voting on this issue to help our development team prioritize a fix for this problem.

In the meantime, it does appear that Chrome and Firefox browsers are unaffected by this particular problem.
