Upgrade to Jira Software 9.4.5 and JSM 5.4.5 - BUGS

Just upgraded our Jira and noticed the following Bug, has anyone else seen it ?

After an approval has been done on a ticket the workflow transition dropsdown does not work

You have to refresh the browser for the dropdown to work

I have reported this to Atlassian but if you haven't already I would recommend submitting a ticket so the engineers can look at this: support.atlassian.com

You can also review known bugs and modify the jql for the version though I don't see any at first glance:
