Upgraded to 50 user license of Jira, can no longer use Jira Agile Starter 10 user license. Why?

We originally purchased a starter license of Jira, Jira Agile & Confluence for a Pilot/POC project. Just recently we upgraded to 50 user licenses of Jira and Confluence, but would not need more than 10 licenses for Agile. When attempting to use Agile after the upgrade, we are informed that an Upgrade is Required of Agile.

Why can we continue to use the same licensing of Agile?

Jon you need to have matching License tiers for both JIRA and JIRA Agile. That is your License for JIRA Agile must be 50 user license as well to use it on JIRA 50 user license.
