Upgrading Jira

Hi all,

I am upgrading the sandbox for Jira as 7.2 is almost EOL with 7.81 being the latest.  I need to update the license.  In confluence the file can be found at $home/confluence.cfg.xml

Where is the same file for Jira?

There was a link to add a new license through the gui.   It can be traversed to through <$Jira base url>/secure/ConfirmNewInstallationWithOldLicense.jspa

I still prefer confluence's method of having a cfg.xml
