Upload App seems to be timing out or has a size limit

Looking for some help from the experts out there.

I am trying to use the Upload App function in the Manage Apps section of the Jira Administration screen. Really trying to backdate an add on app an easy way (uninstall the current version, download the past version from the marketplace and then upload the jar/obr file).

When attempting to upload the jar/obr file, if the size is much above around 7MB in size, it seems to error out/stop.

Examples: Have a 12MB jar, I can see in the lower left corner of my browser the upload gets to about 95%, then that disappears and I can see an generic error message appear saying to check the logs. If I try a 70MB jar, it gets to around 30% and fails the same way. Needless to say, when I check the logs, nothing is there.

Is there maybe some buffer/cache somewhere that I need to increase maybe to handle these files? It worked just fine when I did a 5MB file.
