Upload comment to a list of Jira issue which will have a distinct comment of a specific issue link

Is it possible to upload comment to a list of Jira issue which will have a distinct comment of a specific issue link ?  Can anyone assist to bulk upload Comments? 

For example :

Jira                                      Sample comment

JIRA-1111                            Note that this ticket has been moved to AHA-01

JIRA-1122                            Note that this ticket has been moved to AHA-105

JIRA-1124                            Note that this ticket has been moved to AHA-109

You can use the csv import

You will need to create a column "Comment" and put your comment inside.
