Upload files to on demand instance

We are switching over from a self-hosted Redmine instance to Jira on-demand, and have about 15,000 attachments which we need to import. Clearly that is not an option, and so need a way to put the files on our instance of Jira so we can link to them. How can we do this? Is there a way to access the filesystem for an instance, maybe via FTP or SSH, or is there an upload utility? Thank you, Paul

You can upload to ondemand using WebDAV https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Uploading+Data+via+WebDAV
