Uploading issues in jira server?

We have tried to upload multiple issues on PARTS system through Upload feature by filling data on the template format downloaded. Issue was saved successfully and shows success message. But the uploaded issues are not visible on the issues table. When we click on "Last Issues Uploaded" in Upload Issues option, we see the issues raised through upload option. How to check as uploaded issues should be visible on the issues list table as well.
