Usage of apps.

Installation Date and Installer Information:

• Currently, Atlassian's audit logs for apps only retain information for up to 90 days. This means that if an app was installed more than 90 days ago, the logs will not provide details about who installed it or the exact installation date.
• To access the audit logs for add-ons, you can navigate to https://xxxx.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/upm/log . This will show you the available information within the 90-day retention period.

Usage Information:

• Unfortunately, there is no direct way to see which users are actively using a particular third-party app. This limitation means that you cannot determine the current usage status of an app directly from the admin interface.
• However, we do understand how important this feature can be, so we already have a feature request for this at MP-113: Usage statistics for third party apps.

Hi @Esric Fransch , thanks for your post.

Unfortunately, there isn't an easy way to do this.

If you have some kind of approval process to manage what you add to your site, you can ask, for example, the requestor of the app, 'hey, are you using this app you asked for?' 'who else is using it?'

You can also ask the vendor, but most of the time they don't have this informaiton either.

What is your goal? Are you trying to uninstall some apps you suspect are no longer used?

We have 49 users who have the add on linked to their profiles and i would like to confirm if all of them are using the addon. This is to look where one can save expenses.

@Esric Fransch , thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, as far as I know, you would have to ask the users individually if they are still using the app.
