Hi, I want to use the Space Sync application but I have the doubt if the cost is for the number of people who use the tool or who are part of the team as such?

Hi @Alejandra Cárdenas-Montoya  and welcome,

cost of external app is related to application tier and not to a specific team. If you have a Confluence for 100 users you need to buy an app license for 100 users. If you are on JIRA you need to buy app license for the greater number of users of different module (Jira Software 100 users and JSM for 50 users -> app tier is for 100 users).
