We are using assets to build our supplier contact information.
In our Jira project, we have a field to select supplier, now I'd like to setup an automation, when designated issue been resolved, then send out notification to the contact person.
What I want is, in the automation rule, get value from our asset, get email address from "Contact Email", also wanted to get supplier's "Name" for the email subject.
Is it possible to reach it?

Hi @Jack Yang , thanks for your question. You should be able to do this with the smart values. I have something similar that is setting the Approver with a value from Assets like this, where issue is the Jira issue, then application is the Assets custom field and the Support Members are an attribute of the Assets object of Application -
Typically when I am testing something like this, I do that audit log action to see what is being retrieved so I would recommend this also for your tests.
