Hi All,
We want to integrate our SAP C4C system to JIRA, We are using SAP CPI which has an Open Connector to integrate JIRA On Prem.
However while creating instance We are always recieving error message
Failed to authenticate with provider during provisioning. Please check your credentials or instance configuration
Can anyone help me how do we handle this? Also where can I find Jira Service Desk Server URL?
