Use of HR data under the EU-US data privacy framework

Hello Community and Atlassian,

as there are templates available in Jira for HR Teams, I wonder if Atlassian is going to extend the coverage to HR data anytime soon?

According to https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/ Atlassian has not certified HR data under the DPF as of today.

This question is about legal issues, not technical implementation.

As far as the legal issues, I don't think anyone on here would know that. You might want to open a support ticket with Atlassian to get their feedback.
