Use of variables at JIRA fields

Is it possible assign a variable to a jira field e.g:

1) When the Story move to DONE, if a field is not informed, I'll will informed with a specificy value?

2) When I created a especific issue type (custom) the value of the Component field is automatically informed with XXXX value

3) Custom field (hide) informed with a value XXXX when move to DONE

That's are an example of I wish do it.

No, the fields themselves ARE "variables" - containers for data that users enter.

What you're asking about is logic to automate filling the fields.  All three of your rules require scripting or automation add-ons such as ScriptRunner or Automation.

This is definitely possible.

Though circumstances are different.

Applying any kind of logic, requires a scripting add-on.
