User Configuration Not Found

Good Morning,

We have a user who receives notifications for a project in question, but by reviewing the project workflow, we do not find the user configured anywhere, nor do we know where it can be configured to deactivate their user and assign or not receive user notifications. in the specific step of the workflow where the configured user is supposed to be.

We do not want to modify the project's schema / workflow so as not to affect the other users.

Do you know where the field or configuration can be found where the user is configured and / or a solution for it?

Did you check the notification scheme for the project?

Yes and I have reviewed it again just in case but no user appears as such only the default groups
