User Experience and satisfaction

I am working as administrator and configurator for Jira software.Iam using kanban project to track the tickets.I receive multiple tickets on regular intervals.I want to know how i can get the quantitative user satisfaction for each ticket,can you please recommend some approaches.

You could use Jira Service Desk, which has this feature, or you can use any available plugin in the marketplace. For example, this one:
