User List Export Issues

I am trying to export out the user list from Jira Cloud.  I can get to the "download file", but every time, there is a message that "We had trouble generating the user list" and to try again.  Is there a Jira Cloud problem or is there something I can do to get this downloaded?

It looks like you're running into an existing bug, which can be found here:

• Export users feature is broken on Internet Explorer 11

Please be sure to watch it, so that you are notified when this is fixed in a future release.

If you are not using IE, please let us know what browser you are using. Also, test using another one and let us know how it goes.
