User Not able to complete the sprint

I have a user who has project administrator role, he is unable to perform"Complete sprint" action in the JIRA screen. 

Error:

You need the Manage Sprints permission for all projects in the origin board to manage this sprint.  To update this sprint, you must have the Manage Sprints permission for all of the following projects: 12500, EO Agile Microservices, 12701.

Kindly let me know what has to be done

You need to give them "manage sprints" permission in the three projects it mentions (you don't have access to a couple of them yourself, which is why it is reporting the numbers instead of name)
