User can see all other users form our products

Hi!

When we create a new user, he's automatically added to the default group.

This group has "Browse projects and users" access in Global permissions (otherwise they cannot mention user inside a specific project, with the @) 

It seems a user (not admin, basic user) can see only his projects but can see other users even outside his projects.

How can we change that to allow users to see only other users working on the same projects?

You can't.  The "can see users" is either on or off for a person, there's no filtering.

So how can we do to have our customers users added to a project so they can comment, create issue and mention other users, but without allowing them to see the projects and users of other customers?
