User can't see their tests

I have a user that is trying to see their UAT tests.  They entered in the following search:

I receive the same errors when I try the search.

We get the following errors:

'Field 'cycleName' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.'

'Field 'folderName' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.'

'Field 'executionStatus' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.'

How can the tests be looked up and viewed?

Are you a Jira Administrator? Can you confirm that those fields do exist by checking the Custom Fields page available to Jira Admins?

Are you using a third party app for your test case tracking in Jira? If so, which third party app are you using?

Are any of your users able to successfully execute a similar query that includes those fields?
