We upgraded to the latest Tempo version and now when a user submits their time, if they go back to look at what they submit, they cannot see any details.
I understand that you have to be a Tempo project manager to view other's work logs; but, I didn't recall a permission to see your own worklogs after submittal.
Can anyone help?
This individual has been using Tempo for over a year; it wasn't until after he submitted his timesheet this month, which was after the upgrade done a couple of weeks ago, that it happened. I have other users on both PC and Mac that aren't experiencing the problem; however, most individuals will submit their time next week.
I read through the documentation and if a user can input their time (have permissions to Tempo), I don't see any other permission required to view their own worklogs after submittal for approval. He cannot see any of historical worklogs either. Is there some other permission to look at?
Only guess is that it's connected with cached JavaScript that conflicts with a new version of the Tempo. Please try to clear all browser cached data. If it does not help, contact Tempo support.

Sounds strange. Did you check your Time Tracking Permissions set through JIRA Permission Scheme?
