User cannot use "text ~ xxx" in JQL - permission error

Hi, 
One of our users receives the error "Field 'text' does not exist or you don't have permission to use it" when using 'text ~' in a JQL.
See example of JQL and error attached.
He has the same access as any other user as we can see...
Are there any specific permissions needed to use 'text' in JQL?

Hi Wim - use Summary instead of text if that is where you are looking.
