when we try to send invitation mail to technical-writers@pitcher.com, user/mail account dont get it in mailbox.
Any other users didnt have such problem before.

I checked this address on our side, however I did not find any bounce message from the stmp server side of things. I only found one message to that user in the past 5 days. Our system shows this was sent at 2022-07-26T14:27:28.000Z and that this was registered as delivered.
I would recommend trying to re-send the invitation once more, and if that account is still not seeing that message, then I recommend reaching out to your mail administrator to see if they can help to investigate this further.
