I have a user who downloaded the Jira app to his iPhone and can successfully use Jira from the device. However, as soon as he downloaded, installed, and logged into the app on his phone, he was no longer able to log in to his Jira account on his laptop.

Has anyone else had a similar issue and, if so, what was the resolution? I've opened a support ticket already, but wanted to get ideas from the community.
