Problem: User had not changed due date of ticket (as Error 2 picture), but history of system recorded by this user

According to History of this ticket, I see 


- Nguyen Ngoc Linh (EBS.DMS) made changes due date from 11/Apr/19 -> 24/Apr/19
- Mr. Nguyen Trong Thach (FQC.ACC) changed due date 24/Apr/19 -> 11/Apr/19


=> But in fact Mr. Thach did not change this field but Jira system jumped on April 11.

Could you explain the reason?

Do you have any plugins or automations that are running under the user that made the change?

I think no. I checked my add-ons, but no plugins or automations that are running that made the change
