User is getting redirected to a different project

Hi guys, 

I am having a strange problem. 

One of our users is trying to access one of the projects in Jira, but he is getting automatically redirected to a different scrum board. User has all the permissions to access the required project. Does anyone encounter a similar issue, or have an idea what could be causing this problem?

Can you describe the exact steps the user is taking when this happens?

Does the user have access to individual issues on the board?

Does the project have any board by itself?

Does the user has access to the project board? or the filter behind it?
