We have one user that does not receive email notifications. Everyone else receives the notifications when tagged or assigned tickets. He has checked spam nothing there either.
We made absolutely NO changes to configuration of notifications, email address or anything. And he has never had the issues before (this started about a month ago)
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix it? It's very frustrating for that these are not received and it's causing delays on projects.

Hi @Jack Brickey , Im facing the exact issue. Im not receiving emails I am tagged in/Watcher or when JIRA ticket is assigned to me as well. I have checked the settings :
"Send me email Notifications" and all options checked under that.
Im facing this issue since Jan 13th and its getting difficult at work. Please help resolve the issue.
