User needs to Create/Edit a board in Jira

User/s need to create a new board & edit some older boards. And user have "Jira-Users" group can able to to do this please ? 

Who will can do this ?

Hi Roja,

In order to edit a board, the user needs to be a Board Administrator. You can add them by going to Board settings and place their name in the Administrator field.

They have to have permissions to create a filter. Is there a user that is trying to create a board and can’t?
