She is set up correctly, and everything has worked in the past until recently. Nothing is coming through in message trace either. What is the best avenue to have this looked into?
Not receiving tag notifications nor is she receiving password reset emails.

When it comes to your user not being able to receive password reset emails – I would recommend you follow this up directly with Atlassian support, due to the nature of your issue, so they can get this resolved as soon as possible for you.

As for the user not receiving tag notification emails – see if the users have turned off their personal notifications. It’s also possible that the user’s email address might have ended up on the suppression list. In this case, Atlassian support would be able to resolve this by removing their domain from the suppression list.
