User permissions on specific issues

Hello!

In a project all users are able to view only the issues they created (are reporters) and/or are assignee.

Additionally we need to have a specific group that will be able to view issues created by any member of this group and only. Is this possible and how?

Thank you for your reply.

I created a new security level for the project, however I still didn't manage to limit this group to view only the issues created by any member of their group and not the whole range of issues. 

Please note that project permissions are set in a way that all users can view only the issues they created. I do not wish to remove this setting.
