User's name incorrect

Hi, I recently created a user and accidentally used their user name in place of their full name. I deleted the user and recreated them but no matter what I do their full name remains their username. Any help is appreciated

Hi Gian,

The user can change this.  This is due to the changes as outlined in Administer Atlassian accounts. 

You can make this a managed account in order to make the changes from an admin perspective.
