One of our users' ticket creation screen is not updating to the latest version - this being after the screen scheme, and field scheme were all changed. For any other user, this is updated accordingly. From the user who's experiencing this issue, he has tried logging out and back in, clearing browser cache, yet no luck.
Has this ever happened, and what can we do to fix this?
Has this user set personal settings on the create screen?
Have the user select the 3 dots in the create screen (top right corner of the screen) and check the options:
These settings are personal settings based on the user.
