User is getting "Failed to retrieve favorite filters from server" message when trying to access "My" filters or "Favorite" filters.
Per JRASERVER-59185 Remove the deleted group from the filter (Manage Filter -> select the affected filter -> Edit -> Remove the group), but our user is unable to access any of her filters, so she is unable to edit. As an admin if I search for filters with this user as the owner and try to view page 2 I get the "Sorry, we had some technical problems during your last operation". Permission have been verified user is in JiraUser group and JiraAdmins group.
