User unable to see Activity but is able to see the statistics in his project (JIRA 7.12)

We just upgraded to JIRA software 7.12 from 6.3 and user ireporting a  "403 Forbidden" error in the project Activity list but is okay with the statistics.

I've checked that you opened a ticket with our support related to the same question.
I'll be watching the ticket and once it's resolved, I'll post the resolution here.

I've checked that the ticket was closed and that you found that there were two rules blocking the activity stream.
