Thanks for reaching and I do have some questions for you about this.
First, what upgrade did you apply that caused the feature to stop working?
As I see that this thread is listed with a Jira Cloud tag noted, and by upgrade, did you by chance mean that you migrated from Jira Server to Jira Cloud, or did you make some other change to the Advanced Roadmap App?
If a Migration is the case, the Export function is currently only a Jira Server Function, with an additional early access opt-in option for the Cloud platform that would have been selected via a pop-up in-app to enable the opt-in beta feature, However an additional caveat to this, the feature is in the process of rolling out to the entire Jira Cloud platform as we speak, at ~10% roll out as of today.
So if you migrated server to cloud the feature will not be available until the Cloud rollout is complete, but if you were on the early access opt-in option in Jira Cloud previously and you applied a change of some kind to the application it could have disabled the early access option due to the in-progress roll out of the feature which again should re-enable post rollout but I would like to know what change was applied if this is the case as it could be a BUG that we need to fix.
Regardless though, on Advanced Roadmaps for Jira Cloud, the feature should be available in the next few days for you with the 100% rollout to everyone, being on schedule for completion by NOV 2nd, 2020. and details on the Export function once fully deployed can be viewed in:
If you have not seen the Feature by Next Monday the 2nd of November, let me know so I can verify if the rollout is complete and take a closer look at your instance directly and see what is occurring.
