Userbase Table is empty

Please i noticed that the userbase table is empty after upgrading from Version 4.1 to 4.4. thank you

User management was totally rewritten in JIRA 4.3

You can see the table names that have changed here - http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA044/JIRA+4.3+Upgrade+Guide#JIRA43UpgradeGuide-Databasetableshavechanged

Basically they are using an embedded version of their Crowd server now, inside of JIRA
