i have two questions.

1.

this user has logged on and do edit Tasks and Sprints, but in usermanagement the user is marked as not logged on

2.

Jira wurde am 27.21.18 03:21 um 03:21 erfolgreich auf die Version 7.10.2

the logon Dates and update time stamps seems to be wrong

Hi!

Do the Users Login via Username & Password into Confluence or are you using another Way, like a Single Sign On Plugin etc.

That sounds like you only use the internal directory. 

Then I have not come across this Issue yet - with some external add-on's they don't update the audit logs.

i have no additional addons installed. It is a Standard installation

Ok - maybe someone else can help then further. Alternatively if you have more than  10 User License you can always open a support request as well.
