Hi there,

Jira is timing out users out of nowhere. Can you please advise?

Hi @IT Admin

Do you only run Jira or do you have other Atlassian applications?  Maybe this KB article could help.

You might want to check outside of the application too. Check firewall and loadbalancers to see if there are timeouts that would affect users.

Hi @IT Admin

Did you look at the logs for any errors?

Yeah, nothing shows up.
I tried to increase the timeout in the XML file, but it didn't help either.

What are they trying to do? Log in? Search for an issue? Run a filter? Access an app?

Do all of them have this, or someone?

Check the memory allocated, and check the storage of the server, just in case.
