Users cannot access the Jira instance

Hi guys, 

everything was working well until recently. Now I cannot add users to my Jira instance. They all receive this message when click on the invitation to join Jira. How to tackle this issue?

AADSTS50105: Your administrator has configured the application Atlassian Cloud
C4b8a407a-8965-4bc3-9862-Oe2240e47d6c') to block users unless they are
specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed in user
'username@mailcom• is blocked because they are not a direct member of
a group With access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please
contact your administrator to assign access to this application.
