Users cannot see Zeplin attachments

Hello everyone,

my team and I keep on having the same issue over and over again: the Zeplin attachments aren't visible for some of us. Sometimes it's just a loading problem, then I refresh the page and I can see the attachments again. BUT there are cases in which we never get to see the attachments even when we have added the designs. 

We've checked if the issue could be related to the following settings/conditions:

  • ad-blockers
  • account types
  • Jira browser vs Jira desktop version

But, we have concluded that none of the things above is affecting or improving the situation.

The Zeplin integration is very unreliable: when the engineers cannot see the designs attached to a ticket, it creates a lot of confusion and time-consuming discussions. Could anyone help us solve this mystery?

we have the same issue. From 22nd Feb ALL Zeplin attachments are gone from Jira tickets created before that date. It is a big issue and should be solved.
