There is a change in the domain recently hence we want map the existing user emails with new emails to retain the history.
What is the best way to bulk map the users and is there any script which helps to run against the Jira instance.

If you've claimed the new domain, the using Atlassian Access this can be achieved : https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/atlassian-access#whats-the-difference-between-managed-and-billable-users
If you've got "Unmanaged" users, then the only way to go ahead would be to put out a site wide communication asking all of those users to individually update their own profile's and emails.
