Users lost access to Confluence

Hi All,

Users lost access to confluence ( I mean to say users removed from the Group Confluence-Users ). Can someone please let us know the root cause for this issue.

Welcome to Community! You can start first by searching or asking questions to the Administrator. that's where I would probably check first, by looking through the audit log to know when and which user initiated the removal or by asking the Administrator of the Instance.
